Ms.Shubhi Soni is a dedicated and goal driven professional with experience of 22 years in the field of education. A versatile individual with the ability to develop hands –on lessons to provide opportunity to learners to wonder, imagine and discover.

She thoroughly believes that “If a child cannot learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn.” She is a learner for life in true sense. She holds the view that leadership and learning are indispensible to each other. Her approach is on developing a strong foundation during the formative years. She focuses on skill development and her expertise is in Early Childhood Care and Education.

Ms. Shubhi is the recipient of Rajendra Prasad Award for Teachers’- for her outstanding teaching practice. She firmly believes that learners must be exposed to an environment where focus is on creating an impetus for lifelong learning with passion and curiosity. They must be able to collaborate, communicate and create something to improve the quality of life.
